Switching Plans

Switching plans is easy. Individuals may switch plans during the annual enrollment period (AEP), between Nov. 15 and Dec. 31. If you switch plans during the AEP, your new coverage takes effect on Jan. 1 of the following year.

Reminder: An individual cannot be enrolled in more than one (1) Part D plan at the same time.
