Switching Plans

Switching plans is easy. Individuals are allowed to switch plans during the annual enrollment period (AEP), which is between Nov. 15 and Dec. 31. If you switch plans during the AEP, your new coverage will take effect on Jan. 1 of the following year.

Reminder: An individual cannot be enrolled in more than one (1) Part D plan at the same time!
